By accessing or using AcingIt (available at acingit.com and associated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using AcingIt on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AcingIt ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.
AcingIt is an AI-powered interview preparation platform that provides mock interviews, question banks, feedback reports, peer matching, resume review tools, salary negotiation guidance, and related career preparation features ("Service"). The Service is designed to help job seekers practice and improve their interview performance.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes in advance where practical.
To access most features of the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we believe belong to users under 13.
You may not create more than one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent usage limits or bans is prohibited.

Free Tier: All users receive one free AI mock interview upon registration. No credit card is required for the free tier.
Paid Plans: Pro Monthly, Pro Annual, and Lifetime plans are available. Prices are displayed at acingit.com/pricing. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Billing: Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. The Lifetime plan is a one-time charge. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining period unless you request a refund within 7 days of your initial charge (see Refunds below).
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions and a 14-day money-back guarantee on the Lifetime plan. To request a refund, email support@acingit.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
Our Content: All content, design, software, AI models, question banks, and other materials that are part of the Service are owned by or licensed to AcingIt and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (such as your answers, uploaded resumes, and written notes). By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
Feedback: If you submit suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that using AcingIt will result in a job offer, improved interview performance, or any other specific outcome.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERVIEWAI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You may close your account at any time by visiting your Account Settings and selecting "Delete Account." Deletion is permanent and immediately removes your profile, transcripts, and all associated data.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
